Frequently Asked Questions
- All US orders $35 and above qualify for free shipping. Order should be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct email address and physical address prior to shipping. We always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
- We are unable to make adjustments to your order once it has been processed--you must contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies on your order confirmation.
- We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders placed.
- Returns will be accepted on unwashed, unworn, and with tag (when applicable) items--within 10 days of receipt .
- All refunds will come in the form of store credit. If you would like a refund via your method of payment, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
- When returning an item from an order that qualified for free shipping or discounts, the cost of shipping and discounts will be deducted from your return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. The Crunchy Bean will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail--we suggest purchasing delivery confirmation or package insurance on all return items.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Refunds will not be accepted on the following items for any reason: lotions, creams, salves, nail polish, sunscreen, brushes, or detergents, as we have no way to insure they have not been opened or tested.
- Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with a gift card are final.
- For safety purposes, all sales on carriers (including but not limited to: soft structured carriers, wraps, mei tais, or ring slings) are final--no refunds will be given with or without tags.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason, with or without prior knowledge of the customer. Although, we will always try to let you know ahead of time.
